Fall is just around the corner, which means people are saying good-bye to their bright summer clothes and hello to warmer pieces. In some parts of the country, the weather is getting colder by the day, so that means people need to stock up on sweaters and tights.
Finding trendy fall clothes is something I look forward to each year, and there are some essentials that I always need to have in my closet. Here are five essentials every woman needs in her closet this fall:
Tights are something that every woman should have in her fall wardrobe. Thanks to a pair of colorful tights, I can wear my favorite dresses without getting frostbite on my knees. Patterned tights add a pop of visual interest to any outfit, and they are very affordable.
For fall, ankle-length boots work great because they’ll keep your feet warm while making you look like a fashion goddess. Black boots are a classic choice to start with, but once you buy your fist pair of booties, you’ll become obsessed with them. On extremely cold days, knee-length boots work well. You can chose your boots with or without heels; it really depend on your preference.
Nothing solves a bad hair day faster than a knit hat. There are plenty of styles to choose from like cloches, berets and slouchy beanies, and a trendy hat can give your outfit a relaxed vibe. Cable knit hats look intricate and will provide needed warmth. If you want to look put-together, a beret will definitely amp up your look. Or, if you want to look cool, look no further than a slouchy beanie.
Finding the right fall coat is a little tricky because it needs to be warm but not too warm. A good option is a satin-lined coat because, unlike a fleece coat, it doesn’t trap too much heat. Your coat should be a neutral color because it would make it easier to wear.
Emerald green, deep plum and mustard yellow jeans scream fall. Believe it or not, colorful jeans are easy to wear. They also make you look fashion-forward.
Fall is a great time, and these essentials should definitely find a place in your closet. You can create fashion-forward outfits with these pieces, and they aren’t difficult to find at a good price.
